This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is processed when you use the Veltis application ("App"), in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and Turkey's Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

• Device identifier

To display advertisements, our advertising partner Google AdMob automatically collects data from your device — including your IP address, advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS / Advertising ID on Android), and app-interaction (usage) data. See the Advertising section below.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

Your data is processed to provide the service, manage your account, ensure security, comply with legal obligations and improve quality. Processing relies on your consent, the performance of a contract or legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6 / KVKK Art. 5).

4. Sharing With Third Parties

• Google AdMob — advertising (IP address, advertising/device identifier, usage data)

Advertising

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Depending on your consent and device settings, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.

On iOS we ask permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency before using a tracking identifier; in the EEA, UK and Switzerland we request consent through a Google-certified consent form, and we provide privacy choices in applicable US states. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the App's settings ("Ad privacy settings") or your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads), or by resetting your advertising identifier.

5. Data Retention

Hesap aktif olduğu sürece, silindikten sonra 30 gün boyunca.

6. Your Rights (GDPR Art. 15–22 / KVKK Art. 11)

You have the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of your data.

7. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
